In the Church there are just a few Pauls, Peters, Luthers, Knoxes, Wesleys, Whitefields & Beechers - but back of them is the great army of the humble, but faithful workers & ministers, most of whom toil in unknown places; elders & Sunday school workers.
Paul always went out of his way to recognize those faithful
friends & workers who helped him to do his work & he is proud to speak
of them as his fellow soldiers of Christ: Epaphroditus, whose name means
"charming," & who brought the gift of the church of Philippi to
Paul when he was in prison at Rome & all the others, whose names, Paul
says, are in the Book of Life, written there as clearly as the name of Paul
himself.

1 Cor 12:22 &27 (GNT): “On the contrary, we cannot do
without the parts of the body that seem to be weaker… All of you are Christ's
body, and each one is a part of it.”
“Grace, like water, flows to the lowest part.” - Philip Yancey.
