The man who denies the existence of the evil one reveals the fact that he has not been considered a worthy foe by the prince of darkness.
The great evangelist, Charles Finney,
realized this truth from a deep experience of his opposition. On one occasion,
after he had been preaching on the subject, a man came to him & said:
"Mr. Finney, I don't believe in the devil."
The preacher looked at him keenly for a
moment & replied: "Don't you now? Well, you really resist him for a
while & you'll soon change your views."
The mighty author of evil is not slow to
accept the challenge that is thrown to him by a holy life.

“We must recognize how the evil one is
working in this world and take a firm stance against him. It means we take
careful thought concerning what we put in our minds - what we listen to, what
we watch, and how we use our time.” -
Chip Ingram.
Js 4:7 (ESV): “Submit yourselves therefore
to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
