MOTION WITHOUT PROGRESS

Rowland Hill once visited a home & saw a child riding a rocking-horse.

After watching the little boy for some time, he wittily remarked, "He reminds me of some Christians. There is plenty of motion but no progress."

“We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.” - C.S. Lewis.

1 Tim 4:14-15 (GNT): “Do not neglect the spiritual gift that is in you, which was given to you when the prophets spoke and the elders laid their hands on you. Practice these things and devote yourself to them, in order that your progress may be seen by all.”
